ISTR there was a recent enhancement to (OMVS?/RACF?) to allow for SAF
monitoring of USS file systems.
I believe this was at the file/directory level.
No sure but probably circa z/OS 1.12 or later.
Walt, jump in here and correct me if I misstated the actual change.
