Should there be a SHARE requirement that all APARs that update documentation also cause an update to the related manuals? In these days of electronic documents, that should be relatively inexpensive and not cause a massive distribution of paper manuals. Those who are attending SHARE might want to consider it.

IIRC, there is a current SHARE requirement asking for periodic manual refreshes (every six months?) to be delivered to the InfoCenters, etc.

SHARE requirements are not tied to conference attendance in any way. Any member company can open a requirement at any time via the electronic system. Every six months, Cheryl Watson presents a session reviewing how this is done. The most recent (from SHARE in San Francisco) is here: https://share.confex.com/share/120/webprogram/Session13044.html
