Hi You can find the solution to the error in the IP Diagnosis Guide. Or you can issue the error code on this site. If you have decided to use non-secure.  You have to reorganize the TCPPARMS(PROFILE) according to non-SSL usage. Example below: You have to use port 23 instead of a secure port. ;
