dynamic unallocation / permanent attribute

[Reposting due to the email disruption.] Hi: I dynalloc a data set with the 'permanent' attribute. Later, I do a dynamic unallocate DD name without specifying the DUNUNALC key. The SVC 99 completes RC=0, but the DD is not de-allocated. Specifying the DUNUNALC key also gets RC=0 from SVC 99 an
