First thing I would do it check the disks that are accessed from that id. Logon and do AC ( NODISK at the prompt, or if you don't get the prompt IPL CMS then do the AC ( NODISK. Try HELP and see if you still get the problem. Then I would start accessing things you normally have and keep trying
