I have a file in SFS which is the subject of OPENVM PUT with options REP and OLDD. When I look at the directory using BFSLIST the time stamp is 4 hours ahea d of the timestamp of the file in SFS. Q TIMEZONE gives EDT West 04.00.00 Active. My question is Is the BFS timestamp in UTC
