We have two LPARS running VM. We also have Crypto cards installed as accelerators. When we enter the Q CRYPTO APQS, we get these responses:
System one: : q crypto apqs AP 01 CEX2A Queue 03 is installed AP 03 CEX2A Queue 03 is installed System two: q crypto apqs AP 00 CEX2A Queue 01 is installed AP 02 CEX2A Queue 01 is installed The virtual machines that are to use the feature all have a CRYPTO APVIRTUAL statement in their directories. On system one, the machines can happily use the accelerators. On system, the virtual machines do not even recognize that the feature is installed. Any ideas abbot what is happening or how to fix it?
