no, most americans can't pronounce icelandic names properly anyway, and
it's silly to have to "correct" people all the time about what to call

Apparently there are Europeans who are offended that my horses are called by
American names. Of course, they have Icelandic names under which they are
registered, but is it a crime or sacrilegious to have barn names

owned him. He is still alittle terrified of the shoer.. I am very lucky to
have shoes on the front. We thought we would push it and try the
back. Big mistake. The shoer got kicked twice. Scooter was shaking like a
leaf
On the other hand I know there are Icelandic who don't trot easily even
though it is a breeding goal to have trot.
I never got around to saying that, even though that was part of what I was
thinking.
