Wow! Poor people. It must be awful to have your home and cars under water.
I'm not sure there's even a word to describe how awful it would be to have
the water frozen into ice. What a mess to have to clean up.

The flooding was caused by a ice builduip at the dam. I don't know
which River this is.
There is no way that I would have been walking
