Sadly, the November 2010 meeting date for IETF 79 is Nov 7-12, 2010 in
.11a has worked fine for me at this and at previous meetings with no
problems.
However, at this meeting I occasionally noticed congestion/latency --
appearing as dropouts on VoIP sessions and audio streaming -- that I did
not experience at previous meetings.

At the plenary last night the NOC team noticed 107 adhoc networks on
802.11b. See attachment for the names MACs.

In the VPIM WG, for IVM we are interested in the MS-GSM codec. It is different enough from GSM 6.10 for Microsoft to hold a patent.
It is some sort of patent release statement (as well as an accurate definition)
