I am writing to request public review of
draft-yevstifeyev-ion-report-02, that cane be found at

The document is the report on IONs process experiment conducted by RFC
4693, as required by RFC 3933.
As it was determined later during our short discussion, there is a sort
of rough consensus on the necessity of such document (see
http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/ietf/current/msg65721.html and
http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/ietf/current/msg65722.html). So
please provide any comments or proposals on this document.
