How to handle SSRL, beamline 2-2 data.
Attached is a binary and an ASCII file(with under score A).
Wordpad reads it, first column is time (data point duration), second energy it
must go to, third real energy where mono went, fourth I0 and fifth It. It is
gold foil transmission data.

for our beamlines is model: PD 3000-55-300-AB
AB is for BNC connector, if not specified they mail it with an AM (Axial

PD is partially Depleted, 3000 mm square is the area of the detector.

We do use a cam when doing QEXAFS. Along with time and
detector values we record the Bragg angle of the Si(111)
monochromator as a function of optical encoder readout.
The encoder values are random numbers but linear with the
Bragg angle. Under normal routine QEXAFS we have developed program

It is X-axis, sorry my typo. How to expand or shrink
in an EXAFS spectrum, using Athena.

Is it possible in Athena to change the y-axis (energy
scale) at two different energy points of an EXAFS scan?
I have a Ni foil spectrum as a function of time.
The edge can be set at 8333.0 eV, and I want to
to assign higher energy to a known feature in the Ni scan.

You can download Pt foil, L3 edge data from the following
web data base: The energy range is -200 eV below to 1250 eV above
the edge. Save it as txt file. Follow the instructions to save
the data file as given on the main page.
