that problem is in include/imap.inc, it takes me a lot of time to

I believe the web browser writes it for you, so it's not in the
translation files.
The HTML that is used to write both the file name field _and_ the browse
button is:
Unless, of course, we can add an extra property, such as LABEL="xyz",
we're stuck with what the web browser displays.

The button used to get an attachment, has the text "Choose" or
"Browse" This is the only text I have not been able to translate.
How do I change the text ?
