Can you add plugins to those applications like firefox, pidgin, etc.
For firefox flash is must I think...! ( and downthemall,downloadhelper
etc). For pidgin : facebook-plugin , And skype plugins...

If look does matter I think debian is not as good as mint or
ubuntu...! Compiz is Ok...And Unebootin and usb-creator do the same
job and I think If you have to install debian in your harddisk, then
you can use usb-creator rather than unetbootin. Debian is a large OS
with about 25000 applications,

Thanks for the reply... I personally uses SDL for my graphics apps.
And never touched Turbo C++ IDE on my PC and I'm using Linux
exclusively. CUSAT C.G syllabus is made for Turbo C++ IDE and even
library functions like initgraph to use the old egavga.bgi to do thing
in 640x480. Everyone know
