For that you have to call customer care. Are you syre that your modem
is detected? If you could successfully complete "sudo wvdialconf", the
out put in the wvdial.conf, will be like this
I have solved This problem by copying all ISOs to hard disc.
Then mounted automatically at startup, Then added to /etc/apt/sources.lst
Now no problem.

i tried very hard to set up evdo in ubuntu 9.10 but failed actually
wvdial is not installed in 9.10 ..
when i typed this in terminal i got as
