If you have a LiveCD of Ubuntu 9.10 take it to your home.
Boot and add the repositories to /etc/apt/sources.list
Run sudo apt-get update
[ I hope you know how to do this at least from GUI ]
Now save this script as purify.pl

I'll update the sources with my friends computer (using mobile internet or
something) download them in mine. I believe if the sources are updated I
copy all the installation files to the */var/cache/apt/* folder I can use
ubuntu software center for installation,
