Hi, My friends and I had started an organization- SAYUJYA ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/255296704502630/ ), in memory of our late friend Jayakumar, who died fighting cancer.
SAYUJYA aims to provide better education for the under-privileged- students who have it in them to excel but are held back by financial constrains. We have planned to provide admission for a child from a financially poor background into 1st standard in our own Alma Mater- Christ Nagar School, Kawdiar, Trivandrum (where Jayakumar and all of us learned to chase our dreams).The school authority has promised to support us in our endeavor.The child's tuition fees, books as well as everything that is required for his education will be sponsored by us. SAYUJYA will look after the entire schooling of the child (i.e from 1st std till 12th std). The classes for this academic year will start from June and we haven't got any candidates till now. I need your help to find a child with a keen interest in learning who will meet our above criteria. Even if you know someone who doesn't meet the above criteria but still needs help with his education, do let us know. Help us give wings to someone's dreams.
