What would be a good Free voip client for GNU/Linux? Anyone who has had a

Have used Ekiga - worked for me good. Also heard good things about Yate
(yet to use it though) -

Linphone is a good one(communication can be encrypted ) , its works perfectly
on android too, available on fdroid ,ekiga server is not available all the
time.

I have experience in setting up IP-PBX system, in production we never user soft
phone. but for testing we used
linphone
jtsi
ekiga
I do prefer linphone, you can use any of this clients as SIP clients
