The latest kubuntu 13.1 has problems with capitel model.
It was working ok in 12.04. When I moved to 13.1 it stopped working.
I am able to modswitch the usb modem with some tweaks. I am able to add a
mobile broadband also. But the mobile broadband never connects. It says
modem(ttyUSB0) failed
