[fsug-tvm] IP_PBX Asterisk fresh installation doubts, where do I create extensions

Hi All. I am trying to setup a sip server, I am not using any GUI asterisk such as trixbox, pbxinaflash or asterisk now. I do not have a FXO/FXS card. I wont be using it. It is only a SIP server when SIP clients can communicate each other I installed asterisk 11 on centos 6.5 as per the document
