[fsug-tvm] Linux Comparitable graphics card

I want to buy a graphics card, possibly from Nvidia. I am not interested in gaming. I just want an entry level graphics that can decode HD videos, Supports compiz, etc. My integrated graphics is too crapy. Please help. I do not have a very high budget.
