Hi all, There has been a lot of (valid) confusion over the venue and timing of the group meet.
I propose the following so that in future such confusion will not arise. Fix the venue: The most appropriate one would be at Kanakakkunnu itself ( unless its raining) . I don't know about the lat meeting, but usually we assemble in the mandapam at the back of the palace and once we have a reasonable number of people, start the meeting. We climb down the steps near the mandapam and find a place to sit there . Contact numbers: Whenever a meeting is announced/ called for, provide at least three numbers to contact. Ideally it should be six . Fixing the date and Time : This is a concern. Announcing a regular meeting day would be good, but the thing is, we will draw more people if we decide on a date that is mutually agreed upon in the mailinglist. @Shino , I am sorry I couldn't answer the phone call.
