Hi Other than financial gain there are other advantages. by conducting workshop and sharing my knowledge I get to know people, promoting some as an OpenSource consultant. As for me I am using and promoting Linux and Open Source for the last 17 years, and I have tried Alfresco for DM solutions, I have some knowledge and I thought there is nothing wrong in sharing my knowledge and meeting new people and making friends
