I dont have internet at home. My internal dial up modem is working
only in windows (for that reason, i keep windows).
I depend on cafes to download new programs. But the dependencies of
deb files are the problem.

i faced ur same situation when i started using linux.. i had a dialup
modem which only worked in windows.. i used to download .deb packages
using my dialup modem from windows which i kept as a dual boot.. then
it would show some dependency.. again i will download that n again one
more dependency
That widget is working in openSUSE KDE. But ubuntu is my primary os. I
found somany applications for this need. But most of them are tar.gz
file and i dont know how to compile them. Also deb files are suffering
from dependencies problem...

the internet from linux..
even if u can't connect to internet from linux but has access to a pc
that can connect to the internet then u can update and install
softwares on linux.. no command lines n compiling.. goto.. https://
