I would like to add some more for those who places their music files in
multiple *win* partitions, and want to add files automatically.

*1*. Mount your *win* partitions containing music files from
*Places*>*Removable
Media*>*driveletter**
*2*. Create shortcuts to the drives or the music folders
*3*. Copy the shortcuts to your* home*>*Music* folder (or any other single
folder of your choice)
*4*. Open Rythmbox, *Edit*>*Prefrences*
    *a*) on *Music* tab>*Library Location*>*Music files are placed in*>*Browse
*
select the *Music* folder (or the folder of your choice)
   * b*) check '*Watch my library for new files*'
this will automatically add music to your library when new files are placed
on those multiple folders.

PS: in some distros *win* partitions are not mounted automatically on
startup (like Ubuntu 9.04). In such cases, mount your drive before opening
Rythmbox music player.
*depending upon your distro.
