I had seen your mail about inquiring about proxy, You could configure "squid"
to be a proxy server for your LAN
Also you could use IPTABLE and use masquerading for internet sharing
Here in this list , there are lots of people who really wants to help other in
Open Source . But you need to know how to get their attention , One way is that
you need to have a proper Subject . Hijacking mails (ie using another mail
thread) is not a good way to communicate in a mailing list
Do post your further doubts here
