I have Windows XP Pro on my PC. I installed Ubuntu 9.04 on a separate HDD (internal drive h, retrofitted). During installation i was asked where to intall boot loader and i selected "drive C" where XP currently is.
Now when I turn on the PC, I have to select between a)Ubuntu b)Ubuntu (restore mode) c)Windows XP Problem: If I select XP , it again asks which one to boot, over and over (loop). On contrary, both "Ubuntu" and "Ubuntu (restore mode)" boot with no problem.
