Still can not access . After that i added
-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 1 -j

I installed webmin 1.340 in my Ubuntu 9.10. After the installation i could
access the webmin from localhost as well as network . But after installing a
firewall "guarddog ". i could not access my webmin from outside but i can
access it from localhost. So i just uninstalled the firewall
