In the dmesg, you can see "bad CDC description" message. I guess that can
give us a clue as to where is the problem.

Please check selinux and iptables and try again.

This might be coz of sudoers file which might be corupted for some reason
or ur system unable to read sudoees file .
Try the following
Check if you have any invalid or extra char in sudoers file
Try mannuly changing the file permission
If you have any group permission im sudoers fil
If you have physical acess to the server via console ,login to rhe server
and execute ifconfig to c tje ip adsress and interface its listng .
