Hi All
I run Debian 5.0 in a dual boot machine.
When I ran "apt-get install youtube-dl" as root,
it says "could not find package youtube-dl".
I saw in Synaptic package manager, metacafe-dl.
That installed without any problem.
What could be the problem?
Will the youtube-dl install only in DEbia

Hi All,
I run a dual boot system (WinXP/ Deb 5.0). Of late windows partition
crashed and I use only Debian portion alone for my PC work.
I bought a Nokia e 63 phone. Now,Kandy does not recognise this phone.
I have the contacts from my earlier Sony Ericsson phone in Windows
portion in Outlook a

Looking at the above, can anyone guide me what is to be done and what is
wrong and what happened in WIndows side? Till now I am unable to boot
WIN.

Hi All,
I use a dual boot system (Win XP + Debian 5.0). Win XP has NTFS.
I tried moving some Debian CD image files to WIndows partiton to
free up some space in Linux partition.
Even as root , I was unable to move these iso files to windows
partition, with error message that permission is denied!

I have a slightly quirky question. I just now downloaded 8.10 CD image
and burnt it to a CD. I have the DVD of 8.04 which contains so many
additional applicaions not found in the default CD.
