I need an alternative to create FLASH animations in ubuntu.I tried
Flash with wine.But I need an exact open source alternative.Is there
any solution for it. I didnt find any good solutions in google too.

Google is not a search-all. (Neither is bing for that matter).

Here is how you would start answering such a question yourself:
apt-cache search flash

This will, of course, show up a number of applications that are not
relevant (debtags is better). But by looking through the list you find
can truncate it to something like this:

kipi-plugins, bleachbit, flasm, flvtool2, freej, haxe, libming-util,
mtasc, ploticus, pyvnc2swf, salasaga, swfmill, swftools, yamdi, warsow

You can then run:
apt-cache show {pkgname}
for each of these pkgname's and figure out that some useful ones are:

kipi, flasm, flvtool2, haxe, libming-util, mtasc, ploticus,
salasaga, swfmill, yamdi

You can further trim these based on your needs or decide that none of
these do what you want ( :-( ).

_Then_ you can post to the help lists like ilugc asking for more
information not neglecting to mention the results of your prior
research.

The above is meant as "constructive criticism" which you can follow
in future. :-)
