For streaming, an Encoder is required. I would suggest you to
search for an encoder package and install it. That's the start for any type
of streaming.

Nobody mentioned mplayer with the 's' button but you have to start
mplayer with -vf screenshot

I confirmed that the wireless card for which the driver I installed is

available for broadcom...I got broadcom wireless network cards work in
"fedora 9" by installing "broadcom-wl" package from rpmfusion-nonfree
repository...

I am not sure if the same would work . But I set up the wireless card
( some broadcom variant ) in a Dell Vostro 1510 without using
NDISWRAPPER. I downloaded the drivers from the broadcomm site and then
compiled them and installed the module using insmod. Then added a
