am using fedora 13
ruby version ruby 1.8.6 (2010-02-05 patchlevel 399) [i386-linux]
now currently am using Rails 2.3.8
but i need to install rails 3.0.3 version to upgrade rails
the problem is if i need to upgrade to rails 3.0.3 it asking to update ruby
also
i cannot update the ruby
