[Ilugc] your side ideas

Dear all
         Sender send a msg 2 recver and recver ack to sender..this is
a lready there but our project is the receiver knows whether the
sender opens the msg or not.if sender opens it notifies to the
receiver

The above mentioned is my ideas but give me your side how to start
this  project frnds.
