other yum repository.
You may also face this issue if you can do download RPM's on your server
via HTTP (may be route, DNS issues). \

I Downloaded the Fedora Core 3 version of fedora-release and
yum
wget
http://fedora.glorb.com/core/3/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/fedora-release-3-8.i386.rpm

and installed
