The "unofficial" ILUGD companion site lug-delhi.org has been
reorganised. As you can see from http://www.lug-delhi.org, the site has
a new look with three distinct sections:
1. The wiki based knowledge base where anybody can contribute.
2. The forums, which act as a web based gateway
