[ilugd] rpm --import public.gpg.key ERROR

Hi all, I have fc3. when i run yum update it says: You need to install public key for each package by doing rpm --import public.gpg.key but this command says public.gpg.key missing. How can i do gpg key match or totally bypass it to update fc3. Have a nice day. skdubey
