Thats a bit dated. Specifically, you should not be using yum-arch now. Use
createrepo instead.
The tool is very simple to use. Just like yum-arch.

if you want to use the ctrl characters, you have to toggle back to the
english keyboard. eg: tamil keyboard - type some tamil - english
keyboard - ctrl-c and ctrl-v - then b
