[ilugd] pop3 configuration

Hi, I am using Red Hat Enterprise Version 4 (Linux version 2.6.9-5.ELsmp (Red Hat 3.4.3-9.EL4). I have configure etchmail on it and i m able to fetch the mails. Now i want to distribut these mails in my local network. From client end it gives the error not able to connetct to pop3 server. and
