I have a great method to install a ubuntu system if the installer fails at
certain point of time.
1.Boot the system using the live cd.
2.Mount the ext3 partition on which you want to install ubuntu.
3.Then format the entire destination partition.
4.There is a folder in the live cd tmp file system
