as you all know NRC-FOSS, with the support of ILUG Chennai has had
tremendous success in spreading FOSS in tamilnadu, where about 50
engineering colleges now offer the FOSS electives. Around 150
lecturers have been trained and core groups of students built up in
many of these colleges
