We are a group of people who firmly believe in Open Source.
We intend to bring the management model of Linux to other fields of
human endeavor. We are moving towards that by establishing an open
source software services company that guarantees income to a
programmer through FOSS. The income generated for the company through
services will be distributed completely to the programmers involved.
The management will also be given a fixed salary only. There will be a
minimum guarantee on income and a proper structure to monitor the
programmers performance. the best part is, that all knowledge
generated by this company will be put in open source.
