How to copy a VCD to another empty disc?
i can not create dd dump or iso.
it shows errors.
Input/Output error
unable to read etc.
the bug in

even I can not play it.

You can try installing vcdimager and then use K3b to rip VCDs.

Are you sure that the disc is readable and your drive is working
