That is a SPACE character. What I was looking for is a NULL character
with value "%00"

You may use "Zarafa". This particular product can be used with posfix and
has the feature of keeping only single file(attachment) in Mail Server if
particular mail is sent to multiple recipients.
I've tried the product, its really good. It also has Z-Push i.e. Mobile Push
technology.
