For an NGO : First aspect:
Inputs (as complaints/requests) come form 3 different physical locations (locations can be increasing in future); These inputs relate to 6 different roles (for those who have to respond) (roles can be increasing in future); These need to be prioritized and responded to (via sms / email / letter / visit), by different roles/locations. Second aspect: There are databases of each of the locations (population, social-cultural-infrastructural etc. aspects, that need to be then connected to each of the inputs/locations and various reports produced on the work expected by people / projects granted to people and the pace of the projects.).
