[ilugd] Newbie Kernel Development

Hello, I started with the basics of Kernel programing. The problem I am encountering is that when I compile my file and try to load it using (insmod ./hello1.o) it says the code was compiled for version 2.4.20 and this is kernel 2.4.20-8 so it cannot load the Kernel module. Another problem is
