A laptop of following details is available on the prize of 25K Processor:- Intel i3 RAM:- 2GB L3 cache Brand:- HP I think got 512MB graphic card too other feature is same as u have mentioned. but the its around 11.4'. So a bit small. but otherwise a very perfect machine for using linux. One of my friend is using the same machine with Trisquel( GNU/Linux). And its working perfectly fine. And I have got a 15' laptop but that small thing is a real beauty.
So My final words that is your kind of laptop. And if u can invest about 3k more than u can get similar laptop with 4GB RAM and a few other things.
