The biggest hitch in Xandros appears to be their patent covenant with 
Microsux, which will prevent them from distributing any GPLv3 software.  
While the base of software licensed under GPLv3 is pretty small right 
now, it will keep growing and eventually you will find that Xandros 
doesn't include some of your favourite packages due to their (Xandros') 
agreement with MS.
