I'd tend to think that any company which values the need to archive communication related to projects has set in place tooling that allows this to happen. The catch here is that not many small/small-ish technology setups maintain and administer their own IT backends. For a surprisingly large number, it is still a hosting+domain name on 3rd party which makes putting in place a mailing list infrastructure difficult. I remember Abhas (of Deeproot) talking about this around 2 years ago, but I don't know if they have gone ahead and worked out some tooling to solve this issue. -- http://www.gutenberg.net - Fine literature digitally re-published http://www.plos.org - Public Library of Science http://www.creativecommons.org - Flexible copyright for creative work _______________________________________________ ilugd mailinglist -- ilugd@lists.linux-delhi.org http://frodo.hserus.net/mailman/listinfo/ilugd Archives at: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.user-groups.linux.delhi http://www.mail-archive.com/ilugd@lists.linux-delhi.org/
