Clicking through the links of some of the blogs I read, I found myself on this (old) page - http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,1952997,00.asp, it cracked me up so I thought some others on this list may be interested.
It's an interesting perspective on the cost of IE's ineptness to MS. Come to think about it, if a version of Windows were sans IE, I would feel so much more at peace using it. As someone who has worked on Web Development projects that "need to support all mainstream browsers", I can almost feel the permanent IE induced knot in the back of my throat melting away just thinking about this hypothetical scenario. Seriously. Favourite Quote - "But Microsoft buys the fear. It must have some of the lowest corporate self-esteem for any dominant company in the history of modern business. The company is like the panicky old woman wondering how she lost a penny in her purse while giving exact change in the express line at the grocery store. Hey lady, you are holding things up!" -- Anupam _______________________________________________ Ilugd mailing list Ilugd@lists.linux-delhi.org http://frodo.hserus.net/mailman/listinfo/ilugd
